Fabulous view point, Beautiful Pavilion with Ancient Buddha Statue. "Hug Na Nan" Coffee down at the field is tasty.
Good experience to visit here. Nice view and decorations. Clean toilets. Coffee shop. (Im-Boon) taste is good and valuable price.
The temple is easily accessible by car and there is a large parking lot nearby. And is well worth visiting if you have come to Nan province and are planning go on a countryside trip. The temple location is in (Ban) Kung village, Tha Wang Pha district. (Nan) local people call the temple by 'Wat Kung'. The temple courtyard is very colorfully decorated and interior walls of the temple are full of murals. The whole area serves well for people who enjoy photography a lot. And part of the yard functions as an outdoor museum. Especially the exhibit features very interesting typical farmer's past times home with tools and furniture. You can also go for a closer look at farmers home items. However, you will need some (Thai)guide to tell you the different uses of the items, if you are interested in them. And when you have explored the site enough, in a corner of the courtyard you can find a coffeeshop. Have a big nice mug of icecoffee.. sitdown, relax and enjoy really nice mountain view over the paddy fields.
The view is magnificent😀.
Fun, colourful and a great view. Ideal for a visit.
