New condos not too far from old town or the happening bars on other side of river. It was hot so we were taking Grabs everywhere. Coffee shop downstairs is nice. Gym and pool is probably the draw. Room has washer/dryer and kitchen. Good value.

This place was amazing. The location was great, walking distance from the night bazaar and a good variety of different types of food places. The building was even nicer than expected. The pool was great. There is also a really yummy coffee shop in the lobby that had great coffee and smoothies. I would highly recommend this place for anyone travelling to Chiang Mai!

Very pleased with the 1 bedroom apartment on the 11th floor. The place is built to a very high standard, maintained very well and it's the attention to detail that makes it very enjoyable. The rooftop pool and garden makes for nice relaxation at the end of the day.

New apartment complex in a good location next to the Shangri La hotel and about 10 minutes walk to the night bazaar. It's full of AirBnBs and is very popular with Chinese tourists. Block A is superior and has the bigger pool and is nearer the road. The infinity pool was nice but quite small given the number of apartments and also cloudy. Even in rainy August, it was very busy most of the time plus the amount of children splashing around made it difficult to swim laps. There are only 12 loungers, which wasn't enough and they are all in the shade. There is a nice roof garden that was quiet but only had hard and uncomfortable tiled benches which are incorporated into the planters, could do with some sunbeds. There are different sized rooms in the complex, mine was a one bed, 50sqm. It would be a descent size for a couple and I think anything smaller would be cramped. If you get on a higher floor then there are good views overlooking the city and the mountains in the distance. The room had a large fridge freezer, good smart TV, hob, microwave, washer/dryer. All were new and there is good Aircon in both the living area and bedroom plus a small balcony. There are only 2 lifts which go to the lobby, and at busy times you can wait up to 10 minutes for one to arrive.
