Good buffet breakfast, comfy bed, lots of pillows. They even put an iron + the board in the room. And they also put their own products (Rituals) as the bathroom amenities which were great. I would have bought them all if only I had enough space in my suitcase!

In general good hotel: close to central railway station, can walk to the Old City, fantastic breakfast. Room clean, door from shower does not close (not myproblem if the water is flowing onto the bathroom, but tried to avoid). BUT: what I did NOT enjoy at all is a loud and long party within the hotel, booming bass that you could feel, not stopped by earplugs. Music was not that bad as such, but anyway I need to sleep at night since I must work early in the morning. Tried to call the front desk multiple times over > 1 h, never answering (is this service?). Also walked down to ask politely for a solution more than once, friendly "I'll see what I can do", that's all, obviously nothing he can do, refused to let me speak to someone who is really responsible. Sorry, but I am disappointed.

Nice hotel really central in Stockholm. Breakfast is great, especially the omeletts. Gym is the best I know in hotels in central Stockholm. Only I wouldn't recommend to use the glasses in the room, they were not properly cleaned.

I was here for a conference for 3 nights. The hotel has a nice look. The road in front of it was under construction when I was there in May of 2019. The hotel has a music theme with live bands and one elevator has a digital turntable that you can play. The staff was friendly. The rooms were nice and modern. And the location was good with plenty of shopping and food and drink nearby. The hotel has a gym, bar, spa and restaurant. The rooms were not very clean. With dirty marks on counters and lights. Both in my room and a friend's room. We wiped down surfaces ourselves. The service at the bar and restaurant were very slow but nice once you spoke to them.

I was here for AWS Hackaton for Good event. Was nice venue and service. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Foods were nice 👍🏼. The design is more like modern, with some paintings 🖼 hanging on the walls.
