We haved booked this hotel as package including park entry and half board (breakfast and dinner buffet) in low season last week of October. Overall we had a great deal for an amusement park hotel. The rooms were great and clean. The food was a great choice and good quality for buffets. The hotel is probably one of the best located for direct park entry. Pools and hot tub unfortunately were closed already. The only downside is the rooms are pretty loud, conversations of neighbors can hardly be overheard, which is why I would recommend earplugs. Unfortunately, the park didn‘t fulfill our expectations but for this I wrote another review.

They fit us in at last minute and the staff could not do enough to make sure our stay went well. We even felt safe eating their gluten free menu. Not a place to go and relax but definitely a place to go and have family fun

Superb hotel, easy check-in, very friendly staff, ground are immaculate, rooms comfortable and spacious, easy access to the Theme and Water Parks-superb

Great for a family trip. NOT a place to go and relax and have peace and quiet. This is a very busy hotel with lots of guests and hustle and bustle. All the staff we encountered were lovely and really friendly. All in all great!

Nice rooms and overall was good. Very friendly staff. Although beds are quite stiff and we had a a couple of issues with the bathroom sink and shower.
