We have spent a wonderful family week end at this amazing hotel. Everything is taken care with the great level of service, rooms are very large and comfortable and food is of very good quality. Hotel is set around beautiful well maintained gardens and even if running high occupancy it never feels and there are lots of spaces to relax and awonderful swimming pool. We will definitely repeat !

Loved this place!!!!... It's beautifull, they did a very good job recreating the Colorado ambience. The staff was very welcoming, the breakfast was really good. It's the fartest hotel from the park I believe, but totally worth it. We definetly will come back.

I've been in Port Aventura many times, most of them staying at one of the hotels inside the park, and this time has been the worst ever. After reducing the privileges overr the years we are at the point that there is zero priveleges in the park for people staying at the park hotels.Actually it is worst than that: we came for the Halloween weekend and, obviously, we were expecting to be among huge amounts of people thus expecting to buy the Fast Pass at the hotel check in... No way: the.park decided not to sell Fast Passes to hotel guests this weekend... FRUSTRATING!! I asked for a refund but it was not possible at this time, so agree with the family to stay... AND IT WAS OBVIOUSLY FRUSTRATING!! Crowds everywhere, more than 2h lines for any serious ride,... This is not the way!!!!! Even eating a Frankfurt somewhere was a challenge!!! NEVER AGAIN!

Lovely stay. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast and coffee great. Clean and felt they took Covid risks seriously.
