Ok wouldn’t recommend at all, staff was rude .. had to wait as least 15 min to be noticed by anyone in reception. In the end we just left without getting any treatments done. The Cascade pools are nothing special just normal water and you are strictly coordinated from one pool to another which takes out all romance .. in the end wanted to take a picture of myself and was told off , even taking a picture of the view was not allowed which is weird as you don’t take picture of other people ( we were there alone) and view doesn’t belong to the spa . I was the guest of the Hotel and had a great view from my room but still found it quite ridiculous rule since they don’t even inform you or make you sign any no photography disclaimer before you actually inside the water. Bad bad .. if I could give 0 stars I would .

Very relaxing experience, which I highly recommend. Unique treatment, which makes you forget about everything else.... they don’t allow mobile phones, and although it’s a pitty because the view is simply spectacular, it really makes you relax and enjoy the moment. A must do in IBIZA !
