4 weeks agoAwesome place to try a few different sake styles, like a wine tasting. You can also order individual sake if you dont want to do the all you can drink price. Very reasonable pricing about 500 yen per full glass of sake.

a month agoIncredible little sake bar. The owner is very friendly. He doesn’t speak English very well but that’s what translation apps are for. He is very knowledgeable on sake and Kyoto. If he has time he will share his knowledge with you.

a year agoNote, out of every review there has not been one lower than 4 stars. This place is in the basement but brought life to my trip in Kyoto. Not only were the people there very nice, but the staff was helpful in teaching me about sake. ¥3500 for all you can drink ¥500 per glass otherwise. This place really brought Kyoto together for me. Kampei!
