Lovely when sun shining,getting bit commercialised,but when get away from quay and main village,still quiet get away,beautiful views,fresh air,and back to old times

Had an amazing long weekend on the island, pubs and restaurants are great, with good food and live music.... Beautiful nature, cliffs and stone forts, and amazing beaches! Landscape looks like something from the other planet! There are bikes for hire, tour buses or horse carts, to go around the island, and many small, charming villages to visit, shops with famous Aran sweaters, and original souvenirs.There is also a school, where kids come to learn Gaelic language in the summer. Definitely an awesome place to see, and I hope to visit again soon!🚤🏝️🌞

I went there on the 4th of May , ‘‘twas brilliant the hired bikes were so nice really enjoyed the cafes were lovely and the scenery was beautiful the goats 🐐 cheese factory was lovely recommend it to every one . Billy Bob
