The whole experience from the time we entered the restaurant was amazing. We were made to feel so special. The food was amazing and the staff were brilliant. I will definitely be going back here and I will be buying vouchers for family and friends

Took my Mam here for a mother/daughter date recently and we had a super night. The staff were so attentive, we did the tasting paired with wines and would highly recommend it, lovely way to spend an evening. Chapter One is a treat but worth every penny.

The food was good and errorless but I felt a lack of innovation and surprises. When I go the starred restaurants, I expect more than a perfect cuisson. Obviously everything was perfectly executed, but the 2 stars are lost for 1) lack of surprises in flavours 2) quite boring atmosphere

One of the nicest meals I have ever had. Pre theatre menu is so reasonably priced for such wonderful food. Will be back. Staff also are so friendly and welcoming.

Chapter One has everything you would expect from a fine dining restaurant, top of the line service, exquisite food, and an amazing atmosphere. You must try it.
