First of all let me say this. You need a reservation! Don’t embarrass yourself by walking in the door and asking for a table. Also they only do 3 services one at 6:00 and one at 9:00. If you come during those service you will find yourself standing in a room full of diners all looking at you and the staff will graciously tell you ,”you need a reservation “. Now if you want the seat, there is a great app called “The Fork” and you can book with ease just plan on booking at least a month out. As far as the food goes .. it’s a Michelin award winner and rightly so. As the menu changes frequently I can’t speak to what you will experience. Suffice it to say, every plate we had was beautiful and tasted amazing. Dinner for two will run you just over $179 € without wine or add-on’s. So if a big splurge is not it the budget come for lunch The team was amazing, funny, generous with knowledge about the food and wines and most of all really humble. This is a place where you want to spend time and the staff treats you like family. Well.... I should say better than family. It’s the first time I’ve had a waiter ask “is there anything you don’t like or can’t eat” and they mean it. The kitchen prepares 5 courses but we saw an infinite number of versions for every diet need. They really care about what you are going to eat. My mom never did that!

The food we had was outstanding, especially the tomato/crab with tomato water gelee. I thought the pacing was a bit fast. Wish there was more time to settle in and consider the wine list.

You have to book a reservation in advance. They have limited seatings every night and get booked up very quickly. The tasting menu was interesting. A bit salty for my taste. Very very small portion. Even smaller than typical French portions. It’s worth a try.
