I forgot a headphone in the car and called the office 30min later. They found it and confirmed by email that they would keep it in a safe place until my business partner would come pick it up. When my partner went to pick it up, it had disappeared and the customer service tells me they are not responsible and cannot help any further on that issue. Very bad customer service
