A small café with a huge selection of sweets ranging from madeleines, short cakes and tarts to the heavier cheesecakes and gateaux. Most of the cakes I've tried were balanced and not too sweet, and the Japanese tea lattes, hot or cold were strong in flavour with the perfect amount of sweetness. In addition to the regular cakes, they frequently have something special for a limited time before they change it up. Cakes are on the expensive side, especially on the weekends with the surcharge. Seating is hard to come by so arrive early if you don't want to wait.

Tori's cafe - the hidden cafe in Melbourne CBD. With its vintage styling, it blends in nicely with this historic street. Niagara Lane is close to many famous restaurants, close to Melbourne Central, and you'll be at Tori's in a few minutes. The thing that i love the most is friendly service. It's very important. It helps a lot that will attract us to come back here again. The taste of green tea is slightly sweet. It's not difficult to satisfy Thai people like us. Dessert line Artisan bakery, I can tell you that you have to try first and you would love it to enjoy the atmosphere and Sipping hot green tea in the morning is really good.

The best spot for coffee and cake in Melbourne. Have been back a few times to try all the cakes! My favourite cake so far would definitely be the strawberry shortcake. The cafe does get quite busy on the weekends and even on weekday afternoons. While the matcha here is delicious, it’s also quite strong, so beware if you are sensitive to caffeine!

Nice hidden away cafe. Gets busy and hard to find a table. I enjoyed the black sesame cake over the matcha red been.. both very well made and tasty none the less. Friendly staff. Thanks for your service.

Lovely cakes and tasty drinks served in dainty dishware on trays like a cafeteria system - return your tray at the end to the kitchen window too. If you can get a seat, enjoy the furniture and atmosphere.
