Visited for my birthday celebration and was seated at the bar. Been to many Japanese restaurants as it’s a preferred cuisine when dining on special occasions and business related. Good quality sashimi, but have had better at other high quality Japanese restaurants. Overall service, plating, dishes were awesome! Can’t go wrong with the toothfish dish! Loved that they serve fresh wasabi too!

The most important thing about sushi and sashimi is the temperature and Sushi Room did very well beyond our expectations. Sushi rice is the best! Sashimi is also fresh and various. We can't get enough! Very warm welcome and service since we stepped in. We'll definitely go back.

This place is 10/10. Absolutely incredible food and service! We got the lunch special that’s $65 per person, we thought it was great value! We also got the soft shell crab and dolce miso desert both were incredible and would definitely recommend!

Was taken here as a birthday surprise and had a wonderful dinner. The food was presented beautifully and fresh. Our waiter Will was the best and super passionate about the incredible dishes. His recommendations were perfect. I highly recommend a booth table.

Fantastic quality sashimi in a beautiful, dark lit moody room. We sat at the counter and were able to watch the wonderful knife and presentation skills of the head chef. Having lived in Japan for three years and travelled there extensively this is as good as it gets. Weekends are busy so aim for a midweek session but highly recommend the counter for an intimate evening. The staff are wonderful, wine selection tight but good and where else can you get dinner and a show nowadays.
