Delicious brews tucked away on Mitchell St, Marrickville. Visited the second time yesterday. I Dream of Oats - Creamy Pale Ale, a special batch, is on the next level in terms of taste and appearance. Went really well with the Biggie Smalls Burger from the Food Truck. A decent capacity outdoor seating for a brewery in Sydney.

A great find here! Nice brewery tucked away down a side street, only found by following the signs. They have a huge outdoor seating area with plenty of it under cover. The beers are really nice, with a good variety of types. Staff are also friendly! I'll be back

Impeccable customer service. Firstly, setting up for a function and Kaleb goes to extraordinary lengths to make sure everything works and flows smoothly. Then the actual function goes off really well.

Good beer, good staff. Could do without the smoker's area. Nothing like trying to enjoy a beer and getting a nose full of smoke or some cloud of flavoured fog from some hipster

Sauce is amazing - one of the few smaller brewers in Sydney who just got everything right straight out of the gate. Impressive taproom space including an increasingly shaded outdoor area. And a really strong lineup of beers - we like the Hop Sauce and Extra Hop Sauce, plus the Pils is a pleasant cleanser. Only problem is they are very popular so you need to get there early to have a seat (although the booking regime post Covid helps with that). Well worth a visit or 5.
