Panda hotpot is so visually pleasing. The place is very clean with staffs that are quick to service. I believe this place is best booked for reservation, as you'll struggle to get a spot walk in. Note that if you book for a certain time, they are quite strict, you won't get let in before your reservation time. So, don't try to come too early otherwise you'll end up queuing. The food is great, we came as a group of five and have no complaints. Everything was delicious. I would definitely come here again. Super great hotpot, and great vibes.

Great ambience and amazing decorations. A double storey restaurant with a few private rooms. The taste was good and had a wide variety of food on the menu. There is a multi storey car park next door if you can't find any parking nearby. Bookings are recommended.

I loved eating here! Was a bit expensive if I’ll be completely honest, but was a pleasant dining experience! Except the part where they make everyone wait outside until they decide to let you all in at once even tho the waiters and dining area was ready to receive guests… I assume it’s for marketing purposes as Melbourners love to line up for things others are lining up for, so a line outside their restaurant is good advertisement really

The interior decor is world class. Staff were organized, punctual and friendly to first time visitors, taking time to explain various aspects of the menu. They have a buffet of different condiments which are a mandatory charge (but well worth mixing together for interesting flavors). Seating is in line with social distancing requirements. Parking is literally around the corner, free after 6:30pm.

just wow.. the service is amazing, aesthetics is beyond divine.. private dining sessions are available which is what we booked for my grandma’s 77th birthday! the place is double story and the stairs are quite steep, most likely not wheelchair accessible but staff will surely make adjustments if you ask. the food, you definitely get what you pay for.. fresh tasting and great quality.. also maybe don’t go with picky eaters or people who don’t like seafood if you like seafood because you gotta share the broth! 😅😂 definitely recommend for a little dinner party or a place to start an extravagant night out ✨
