New&Best rolled icecream in town. Dessert taco that are not only good in appearance But the taste is good too. The store has a wide variety of options. Everyone knows. It's good to see that they make ice cream to be served per serving. You can see the process and also choose to mix by ourselves. Try it once, you would love it 🌮🍦

Made before your very eyes nibbles truly makes desserts look fun with their dessert tacos. Vibrant colours and a range of different toppings. Highly enjoyable

So amazing to see the effort put into making the ice cream from start to finish! I chose the Rainbow Road and the Matcha. The Matcha ice cream was too light for my taste but I enjoyed the Rainbow Road. Waffle taco bases were nice and crunchy! The vitamin teas were so refreshing with popping pearls as well.

You will be amazed at how smooth and creamy the texture was of this frosted taco is. You wouldn’t think hey? You can eat it with a spoon or break off bits of the waffle taco to scoop up the ice cream. 😋 The flavour was nice and subtle, yet still prominent of the berry flavour. Recommend you visiting and they have other treats like cake, thick shakes and churros! Great place to take the kids too. Thank you for having us!

ORDERED: 🌮 Cookies & Cream Frosted Ice Cream Tacos ($15.00) + mochi ($2.00) REVIEW: I like the attempted concept because it's not something we've seen in Melbourne. 2 stars. Spoiler alert - if you're familiar with scoll'd icecream from way back when, Nibbles takes that concept and makes one thick panel to roll up into a taco shell. Because it's relatively thick layer, you're missing out the magical thin nature of typical scolled icecream. The taco shell is good quality, and cold its shape even with cold icream. It's a wafer cone in a taco shape and fun colours, so it's a spin on the classic. What would get a 5 next time: 1. As some have mentioned, the icecream tastes stale/cheap. With the plethora of specialty gelatos around Melbourne (piccolina, pidapippo, messina, hareruya), Melbournians have many opportunities to know what good icecream tastes like. This is not it. 2. There's too much whipped cream. With a generous dollop, it really takes away from the (sadly) lacklustre icecream. There's too much cream that also melts relatively quickly. A good ratio of whipped cream: iecream is what's employed at Scoopy for their bingsu. Consider a lighter cream, if there's going to be that much whipped cream for the aesthetics. 3. The ergonomics of the metal panel is too low. I understand the appeal for the icecream to be seen at all heights, but I'm concerned for the worker's back pain. The metal workbench is an unnatural height to be smashing icecream for hours during their shift. For now, at the high price point at Nibbles - I'm going to be sticking with my regular gelato if I want something classic or will be going to a bingsu joint if I'm looking for something different with toppings.
