We hired both houses 2 & 3 for a wedding and it was unbelievably convenient as well as beautiful. Super easy for our whole bridal party to have a separate house to get ready and easy to run between houses. It was such a relaxing weekend away for everyone especially all the time spent by the pool. There is an abundance of seating options, everywhere you look there’s a place to sit back and enjoy the views, both of the lake at the front and around the pool area. The staff were so easy to correspond with and we’re very prompt with responding!

Such a beautiful, quiet, relaxing place with cows and hares and chickens! It was so beautiful to overlook the Moogerah dam from the spa on the deck whilst watching the sunset over the distant mountains. Perfect place to unwind 👌🏼 The staff were so friendly and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Highly recommend visiting here, just beautiful 💕

Great place to stay, we stayed in Lake House 5 and it was an amazing stay. Would definitely recommend to anyone with a larger group or family.

We stayed in Lake House #3. The views were incredibly relaxing and the house had everything we could ask for. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, however we were disappointed in a lot of things. The beds were poorly made and bed linen didn't seem clean. Bugs all over the house on skirting boards and window sills. Kitchen bin was dirty covered in fruit flies when there was no fruit or rubbish in the bin. The floors were not clean. Covered in sand from the kids sand pit and had not been washed prior to our arrival. One of the shower floors hadn't had the cleaning stuff rinsed off because my 86 year old mother nearly fell over as she stepped into the shower. The dinning room table and coffee table were dirty. Sticky, dusty and grimmy. Bottom shelf of the coffee table was particularly dirty. Couch cushions are filthy, need replacing or washing. Some of the cooking utensils are old, dirty and grimmy, ie- toaster, sandwich maker, electric fry pan, wooden spoons, frying pan and glasses. Food bits left in the drawers of the fridge. The blue mat on the floor in the lounge room is very dirty, needs a shampoo or replacing. Pillows are old. Front balcony floor and table were dirty. Hadn't been swept and table not clean. Fire pit area and outdoor bench seating area wasn't clean. Pebbles all over the walking pavers furniture dirty. So a few things need some attention to detail between guests. I don't feel your cleaning team are doing you any favours. We didn't call your cleaning team to discuss these issues upon arrival because there were too many things wrong and didn't want our stay to be further interrupted at our cost. We were also very busy organising my daughter's wedding which took place on the Thursday. The cleaning team are lazy and from what I saw when they arrived to clean house #2, were too busy socialising with each other rather than cleaning. Aside from that we enjoyed the location, just probably picked the wrong house. Hope you use this feedback to make some improvements. To add to this, I read some other reviews where people were accused of smoking in the property's. I can confirm that it's the cleaners doing the smoking when they should be working on the cleaning. I watched them do this at house #2 and was honestly going to speak with them about it but felt I would be risking our bond being released back to us and was determined not to have that happen. The property's need a maintenance person and a new cleaning team. Remember it's customers that pay to rent these properties and we expect something better

I stayed in Lakehouse number 4 for three nights with my friends last week and everyone really enjoyed their stay. We could not stop gushing at how beautiful everything was. We could see the sunrise from the front patio and the sunset from the backyard. The pool was so pretty and clean. I will definitely be back again 💕
