Beautiful decor and lovely atmosphere. Spacious and clean bathroom. Plus, really comfy chairs. Unfortunately, the customer service was poor. Stood in line for five minutes and was not greeted or acknowledged by the staff. I sat down while takeaway orders were being placed and went back up after. I took a seat when my family member arrived and the waitress bought over water and menus. We waited 10-15 minutes at the table for someone to take our order (with the waitress walking pasts multiple times) only to notice we go up and order. It would have been nice to be told that it’s order & pay at the counter. Especially if you don’t want to use the QR code on the table. Nevertheless, my coffee tasted great. My burger bun was dry, but other than that it tasted alright. My family member thoroughly enjoyed the truffle scrambled eggs. After reading other reviews about the customer service here, it’s a shame nothing has been done about it. I have worked in hospitality long-term and it’s detrimental to make customers feel welcome and warm. And you can do this easily by acknowledging them with a hello and a smile. It makes a world of a difference. There is more to amazing customer service though. I was taking notice of the staff and they didn’t act friendly or take the time to provide good customer service to majority of the customers. I’ve been to quite a few hospitality venues around Brisbane and this is one of the worst customer service experiences I have had. What a shame. I will come back if I’m in the neighbourhood but I won’t be driving 30+ minutes again.

We came to Mitch & Antler for breakfast on a Sunday morning & it tends to get busy. We had no problems getting a table outside with the dog as we arrived early. Service was efficient enough, although maybe a little impersonal. The menu is short & simple. We ordered the truffled scrambled eggs & croque madame. Scrambled eggs were ok. Croque madame was underwhelming, was expecting to get better quality ham for the price! Didn't enjoy the flavour of the coffee, but that was just my thing, didn't enjoy the bitterness of the brew

Had a very yummy brunch with Wifey today at @mitch.and.antler 🤗😇 . Our order: ~ Roast Lamb Salad ~ Truffle Scrambled Eggs (/w bacon & Hokkaido Milk Bread Toast) ~ Chips with aioli ~ Oat Flat White & Long Black ☕️ . It was our first visit here and really loved the food and chill vibes. The staff are super friendly with full table service and food coming out pretty quickly, even though the place was packed 👍🏻 . My lamb salad was a very generous portion size and loaded with heaps of tender , delicious lamb pieces. The pickled onions helped to cut through the richness from the lamb and the baby carrots were soo good and had the subtle sweetness that made it super enjoyable 🤤 . Wifey’s scrambled eggs was really fluffy and the truffle flavour was prominent without being overpowering. She opted to swap out the sourdough for the Hokkaido milk bread toast which paired up perfectly 👌🏻 . Soo glad we came out to try & can’t wait to go back for their other food options! 💯 worth a visit if you’re around the area too 🤩

Nice addition to the area. Great menu which they seem to update keeping options fresh. Great coffee. Street parking but they have also introduced Tesla chargers which is a noce bonus. Dog friendly as well!!

I just drove an hour with my girlfriend for this food and it was worth it!!! The burger is one of the best burgers I have ever had bursting with flavours with perfectly cooked plain chips complimenting every bite. The toasted sandwich bloody slaps hard and would also highly recommend. I will be back for another burger so my girlfriend can try one too! Thankyou so much !
