I really want to support this bakery and will try it again. I bought a fruit loaf from there and not sure if this is how Scandinavian bread is supposed to be, but it was really hard to slice and was dense and dry. Visually you can tell the bread texture isn’t quite what normal for bread we usually see in Melbourne bakeries- happy to hear from the bakers if this is the style it’s meant to be. I only bought it on Thursday and cut it Friday. It was stored in the paper bag.

Please welcome the newest kid in town- Drom Bakery!! Opened just one week ago as a take away, next door to it’s big brother - the legendary Hatter and the Hare (dine in and take away)! Welcoming as ever, this bakery caters to the many industries close by, serving sandwiches, pies, cakes, coffee on the go! What a welcome to Bayswater! I am particularly excited as they serve match latte and Tumeric latter as well! The chicken and corn pie is a 10/10 for me too! Another shop to make Bayswater proud!!!

Got there at 10 AM and there was a long queue which is a testament to the growing popularity of this bakery. I got the mixed berry half moon, pistachio & lemon croissant, and The Big Beef pastrami sandwich. All the items were delicious. Washed it down with a large latte which was fantastic. Added bonus is watching them freshly bake through the glass partition while waiting for your order. This place is definitely going to be my new favorite in the SE suburbs. Parking space is limited but there is plenty available at The Bayswater across the street. Will definitely be coming back to try other items on their menu.

Drom won’t be your normal typical bakery , I reckon they will become 1 of the top Melbourne’s bakeries , They have very unusual pastries not like normal croissants you can tell the thought and the effort into the detail of those amazing pastries. Looking at there reviews they are pretty new and fresh. Give them few months they will perfect all the issues u might be facing now . We all need to give them a chance . Garlic and cheese twist and pork sanga was the best .

Wow! Absolutely the best pattiserie in town. We drove all the way from Pakenham just to try their croissant and definitely one of Melbourne’s best (if not the best) croissant I have ever had. Absolutely stunning presentation, watching the bakers do their magic was so cool, very clean, and the quality of the food was amazing, plus excellent customer service. Definitely ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and plus more. Well worth the drive and highly recommended 😊
