Beautiful waterfront hotel. Fantastic amenities and service. Paper crane breakfast is limited with the same things everyday but still tasty and fresh. Pool was lovely to spend the day by, but get there early during peak season as the spots are taken quickly. A short walk to all the restaurants/shops & night market. Room was lovely, loved the light options and still quite spacious for a small space. Will definitely come back one day.

Me and my family had a lovely experience in this hotel. Staff were always there to help. Whatever room service or amenities I needed was delivered to my room in a few minutes. Our room was in a good size with a good size balcony overlooking the pools. Pools were not over-crowded with lots of poolside beds available. Great poolside food and drink service. Wifi speed was good and reliable. Location of the hotel was great with lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. Will definitely stay in this hotel again if I come back to Cairns.

We had the most amazing stay at “The Riley” Resort with my family. A fabulous room overlooking the the pool and ocean with brilliant night views. All the staff we interacted with including, reception, housekeeping and in your restaurants were professional, friendly and most welcoming. Our highlight was dinner and drinks at Rocco’s in the rooftop of the tower. The food, service and ambiance was exceptional. A Big Shout Out to the manager for organising our great table. Definitely worth a visit. Thanks for making our holiday so special.

A fabulous trendy modern hotel at reasonable rates. Riley is located on the esplanade close to restaurants and cafes. The pools are awesome and I have not seen such a huge spa before. Room was clean and spacious with a great view of the pool and Coral Sea. Shower/Bathroom is large with great water pressure and a stand-alone bath. Everything was fantastic! I am definitely recommending this hotel to my friends visiting Cairns.

Absolutely love the place, smartly designed rooms, very comfortable and user friendly. Loved the bathroom. Beautiful clean swimming pools with white sand. Especially appreciated the filtered water stations around hotel and refillable bottles provided. Would be great if breakfast was a bit more delicious. Staff nice and friendly. Would definitely recommend. Will be back in the future. Thank you.
