have been a regular of this great rolls, especially the bbq pork. The vietnamese ice coffee is also a must try. Sitting is limited with only outside setting.What we would suggest is the owners try to install fly /bug zapper in their premises as this morning the weather was humid and you cannot blame the flies zooming inside the food as it smells so good. there is no cover where the display section is. Please do not disregard hygiene as your rolls are super delicious.

The best banh mi by a long shot. They keep their rolls in air fryer to keep them warm and crispy. The fillings are fresh, veges etc are crisp, while the meat are perfect. Overall a good balance of flavour. It's a little smaller than the typical banh mi, but first time I tried it, we were just blown away. excellent job guys. oh the Vietnamese coffee is top class as well.

I have been the customer of alex & rolls since first day. Always like it as the taste is quite modern. However, I realized the owner have increased the price & reduced the quality as well as the portion of the food. The sticky rice used to have lots of pate & one egg but they are gone now. Price is higher, portion is smaller. What's wrong? Luckily they still can maintain the taste. --- I totally understand sometimes you can forget, but we were the only customer at that time. Hope you always can maintain the service & quality of food. I added pictures taken since the first day. I love the first bowl of sticky rice you made.

The food here is delicious. The freshness/quality of ingredients make this place my favourite of all the banh mi places in Marrickville.

Easily the best pork roll I've ever had. It was the "Traditional" pork roll. It takes them a while to make them (I was lucky and got there before the queue was very long), however well and truly worth the wait.
