My spouse and I had dinner here last night, everything was impeccable. The service was excellent from the moment we checked our coats. The venue is elegant and comfortable, the food flawlessly prepared and they have an extensive wine and drinks menu. The prices seemed very reasonable to me, all the more as my wife was treating. Top marks, the hype is well deserved.

Very clean and convenient place. They provide generous meals and for affordable prices. We liked the meals very much and the waiters were very attentive and informative. Will definitely recommend this restaurant.

Old world Italian flavors at the original Rosebud on Taylor street. The Stacked Eggplant is listed under "salads" but I made a meal of it. Two tall stacks of the crispiest fried eggplant ever topped with a slice of fresh mozzarella, tomato and topped with arugula. My friend had the perfectly sauced meat lasagna. Friendly, welcoming staff added to the great experience. Note: it’s a favorite spot for dinner before a Blackhawks game. So make a reservation on those late afternoon game days.

A preferred spot for quality Italian food. I will probably become a regular. Prices are appropriate for the quality. Food is similar to a cafe in Portland I loved.

Great wine, I had Shrimp scampi served over linguine, the shrimp was fried an the breading was" mush " from the scampi sauce. The shrimp should have been grilled. This was also a lemon base sause . I was not expecting that aspect in a scampi dish. Very small serving of linguine.
