Good food, but avoid the crowds. Our relatives often come here to eat and enjoy the food. We came for lunch on a Sunday and it was very busy. It didn't take long to get a table as we had made a reservation but our waiter was waiting on the kitchen staff for quite a while. The food was decent enough but not better than many other restaurants in the area. The pancakes were plated more attractively but I couldn't get a picture in before my hungry husband started! My trout came with asparagus which I substituted for fries, forgetting it came with rice. They were supposed to be truffle fries but I didn't really taste any difference. Still tasty though. Very beautiful decor and location!
Excellent dining experience! Stopped in to eat upon arriving into town for a live music event... I had the rosemary chicken sandwich, and my guest had the strawberry cream cheese pancakes...both superb. Rosemary chicken sandwich was char-grilled chicken...arugula, avocado on a toasted sesame seed/black sesame seed bread...very creative...fantastic pairing...bravo!
We sat at the bar and had good food. Drinks were not great. Ambiance was nice. Overall decent prices and a wonderful place to grab a hot meal. Next time we are in town we will stop in.
The food here is great and they just redid their menu so there are new options. I recommend the stuffed swordfish. Lots of wine options, decent amount of cocktails and a short beer list. The atmosphere is rustic-romantic and the staff is very nice.
Had the absolute pleasure of having dinner here after my graduation ceremony. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. The wait was a little long but so worth it and service was excellent. I had the trout and it was fabulous. I can’t wait to visit again.
