Hi guys, I keep coming back and the pizza is always so good. I'm moving to Berkeley soon (no, not just for the pizza, although it's making a very strong case) and I have to say, I'm glad I'll be able to be more of a regular. Masa of Echo Park Bakery & Cafe Last night I ordered a margarita again (I'm simple, and this is my favorite) and again, oh my gosh, it was so good. So i tried to figure out exactly why I loved it so much. Basically, it comes down to this:

We really enjoyed the pizza. Great crust and toppings. Good beer and a fun , lively place. There is a great patio to dine in, which we could not get a place at. But we enjoyed the business around the game machines where adult and kids enjoyed themselves. Good service.

Vegan deep dish! Delicious! If you're looking for a quiet place for dinner this is not it. This place is alive! Old school decor and ambience. Delicious food. Full bar. Get the deep dish. Perfect for omnivorous groups.

Been coming here for over 4 years now. Steve, the owner, greeted me on the street and pulled the family in and sat us inside. After we tried the pizza, forget it, this became our family spot. The service is kind and fast. The pizza is awesome... try the meatballs.

The best. My favorite pizza place for the last 20+ years. Love their pizza, crust and the 100%whole milk mozzarella. The ranch is superb. By far the best ranch you'll have anywhere. This is a college town pizza place. Don't expect fancy, just enjoy their comfy vibe. Kids love it here. Will go forever!!
