Decadent, moist tres leches cakes. You can't beat 'em. It's also very homey and warm there. Highly recommend.

This cafe is owned by a lovely couple who just radiate homeyness in addition to a beautiful scenery and a delicious assortment of food. Their horchata latte taste like a sweet combination of flavors and I see this being an amazing spot for a date or a catch-up.

This is a small place and has only street parking. But if you like tres leches cake "pastel tres leches", you must give them a try. They have the best caramel, coconut and chocolate flavor tres leches cake in the Chicagoland area. This is primarily a husband and wife operation, and everything is made to order. If you have a large order, make sure you place your order 24 hours ahead of time over the phone or on line. They also have some breakfast and lunch sandwiches, alongside chilaquiles, burritos and quesadillas. I also recommend the Mayan hot chocolate, or Mexican hot chocolate. If you don't like hot chocolate, they have coffee as well.
