The staff was friendly and very helpful as we were attending a wedding with toddlers and that is always hectic to say the least. The room was very nice, clean and well stocked. I would definitely stay here again and recommend for people coming in from out of town.

I’m loyal to Hilton properties as I travel a lot for work. I will not be staying at this property ever again. Room 222 was a mess; trash in the trash can in living area, countless long black hairs- behind the sink, shower curtain and floor. The shower was clogged as I showered In ankle deep water. If it wasn’t for me already having a 14 hour day I would’ve checked out, got my refund and stayed at another property.

First off let me start off by saying we had to stay at this hotel because of the recent weather conditions froze our pipes and the pipes busted and flooded our home. Our insurance company suggested this hotel to use because we have a 65 lbs boxer and this hotel is pet friendly. From the general manager, to the front desk, to the house keepers and maintenance. This is the best customer service that we have ever seen with a hotel establishment. I don't believe he heard the word "NO" one time from the employees. They offer breakfast but, with the covid issues you have to get what you want and take it back to your room. You have a wide variety of choices and there are no limits, which is surprising. I can't say thank you enough to the staff for make the best out of a messed up situation. Like I said earlier, I have never encountered customer service at a hotel like we have experienced with Home 2 Suites in Katy. We travel and stay in hotels frequently and my family and I would recommend this hotel to anyone. This hotel had the cleanliness and sanitation that you find in a hospital but, it looks and smells cleaner. They washer and dryers for you to use. There are gas grills outside for you to cook supper. The kitchen has everything you need to keep the price down on eating, except for a stove top or oven. They do however have burners that you can borrow and of course a microwave. The beds are comfortable and you also control the A/C or Heater with a wall mount thermostat. The pet "pit stop" is large and they supply bags for cleanup. We all enjoyed our stay, especially our dog!

I had an overall pleasant stay. Every time I requested housekeeping they did a great job of cleaning up. A light was out and they fixed it by the time I returned from work. The only downfalls were eating the same breakfast sandwich every morning, and having zero non-dairy options for the coffee bar. Please consider leaving almond or soy milk out for guests.

Very nice space , clean , quiet & comfortable. Would recommend this to anyone ! Really loved & enjoyed my stay
