it's a very convenient place for a backyard walk... i quit going there dues to sentimental reasons for quite a few years, till a couple of years ago when I knew I had the courage to go back, although I would only go in the winter as the rest of the year this park is a zoo.

I've done this trail multiple times. Really nice area. Views were limited with the fog. Close to Denver and a great trail for beginners.

Great place to pull off the road and look at some great rock formations and see the wildlife. Trails are marked and restrooms are here. So are some basic bike repair tools. Great roadside stop or place to start your hike.
