The vibes are always good here. Easily my favorite venue in Dallas. Lovely lighting inside and out in the art yard, tons of cool art, great selection of drinks.

Nice stage and good sound, huge outdoor space to lounge and hang, artwork abound, food and drink available though I passed on both while there as was recovering from night before.

Didn't know what to expect but it was a great set up and a good time. Pancakes and booze was awesome.
