Horrible customer service. They blame the customer for their incompetence. It has been a over a year since I came to this CVS location and the level of service has completely changed. I suggest you look at who is different since you started getting bad reviews cause they are costing you business. I will take mine back Walgreens. I'd rather pay a little more than to receive this aggravation. I gave them three separate opportunities to get it right. The pharmacist on duty refused to give her name and when I asked for the Store Manager I was left on hold. So either the pharmacist left me on hold on purpose which again shows their worth. Or the Manager is too blame for how they treat their customers. Anyways hope this helps someone stay away and avoid the aggravation. Trust me its not worth it.

Awful phone customer service at the Pharmacy. I don't know the name of the person that picked up, but she cut me off mid-sentence as I was trying to explain to her the reason why I called. If you are considering using their pharmacy, I would suggest taking your scripts elsewhere.

Worst pharmacy. Inefficient, rude and possibly dishonest. One more time I couldn’t get my family’s prescription here and had to go try elsewhere. Once again they said they didn’t get the prescription, and when I told them I had the written prescription with me they said they are backlogged and to come back tomorrow. This after I already give them a half day buffer to fill in. The Walgreens on mason and i10 are much more efficient and polite. I am there right now and despite a long line of cars the lady was graceful to take my prescription in the driveway and told me to come inside and she would do it in 20 mins. She was managing 2 lines in the drive through. Now that’s customer service. Time to switch pharmacy.

I have to get refills for my prescription once or twice a year and it is usually a little difficult. Last year and this year I have gone to three different CVS locations trying unsuccessfully to get a refill before going to the location on South Mason Rd. The pharmacy techs there are always very helpful, calm, kind, and professional. They are well-stocked and they are able to order my prescription and it arrive the next day when they are out of stock. They have helped me by giving me information on keeping my prescriptions current and helped a lot with refills. They double-check everything. Thank you for making getting refills easier! EDIT: They changed management and I had to switch to H-E-B pharmacy down the street. CVS no longer kept my meds in stock saying it was on backorder for months but HEB was able to source it. Their technicians were untrained and claimed not to know what IM syringes and needles were and gave me oral syringes again. Overall, CVS stores are too incompetent to refill meds and syringes.

Camille in the pharmacy is exemplary- courteous, efficient, and just great at her job. She understands questions the first time, even if they are complicated. 4 stars because some of the other pharmacy employees are not so great.
