Lauren is the best at Chili's Katy texas! Really good food for the money. Chicken fried steak is not on the menu but probably one of the best entrees. The wait staff is amazing. They have a running special for 2 entrees for 25$. Bathrooms are clean. Also fajitas are really good. The chips and salsa is really good. Close to City center

Excellent meal always! Never disappointed at this location but today was extra great. Had my favorite waitress, Carol. The new manager Kay gave top service too! Ribs are delicious 😋

I've come here several times & they have been good usually, there's a person named Justin that took good care of us but one day we asked for him & wasn't there anymore. The last two times that we been there it has been bad, slow service & when its time to pay our bill it wasn't even ready on the screen. Last time we had to ask for it & ask for boxes to go since it was also a while that we even saw our server, so we had to ask another server to actually do this other person's job. Not sure as far as going maybe during the evening time but as of now from the last two experiences we won't be coming here during lunch break since they have taken a while.

I live it here every time I come they give good service and good food. We dont wait long and the servers are awesome. They know how to make people feel comfortable and are very nice
