Used City Pass and went on a really cold day so wasn't expecting much. The boat was comfortable, warm and clean. All the staff were awesome... friendly and well informed. They have a snack bar that served warm drinks and full bar. The cruise was very pleasant and quite informative. The whole family loved it. Got some great pictures of Boston and learned a lot about it's history.

Good trip in a nice boat for whale watching, 🐳 didn't show much, so they offered a complimentary trip in the next 3 years if we come to this area again. It was very educational for all ages. Will recommend this company for this or any other trips they offer.

Excellent! Took us to see the fin whales. They did a great job of seeing all the activity around us, identify it and get closer. Well done! We even met several people who have done this cruise SEVERAL times before, if that tells you enough about how much everyone enjoyed it!

Boston Harbor Cruise was very nice. The tour of Boston Harbor was very informative and educational . We had company outing in June 2018, it was a bit chilly on board the boat. Speaker was very informative with Boston's history, spoke well and very clear. You can purchase drinks and bagged treats while you cruise Boston Harbor.

The tour was amazing! The guide was very informative and very enthusiastic. The Captain and most of the crew were amazing! They took our picture and were very helpful Then there is the snack bar guy, ED.( I think this was his name. We were on the noon harbor cruise on 10/12). He was probably the most rudest person we met when traveling around Boston. Every question ANYONE asked was addressed with rudeness and he was very condescending. The harbor cruise is definitely something people should do! It’s a very informative cruise and BEAUTIFUL! Just call and make sure that ED is not working because it might ruin the vibe for you!
