Great box! It is maybe small, but the number of people in the classes is limited to 10, the level of coaching is amazing, they will remember your injuries / weaknesses and help you to scale it to the right level to then improve safely ! + people are great and fun and supportive :)

I have been doing CrossFit for almost three years in other boxes, and this one is by far the best. Experienced and knowledgeable coaches, stunning equipment and best services. Location is really convenient, around the corner from Bethnal Green and Stepney Green. Cannot recommend it more!

Amazing box! I have been training there for 6 months now and I keep progressing! The programming is wonderful, the coaches are very friendly, they really pay attention on what you do and adapt to your level so that you can get the best results

Delightful box to do a drop-in session at. The coaches are knowledgeable, professional and friendly, and the facilities are top notch. Thoroughly recommend checking it out.
