Absolutely shocking service at Premier Inn Brixton. Staff told us to not bother with the restaurant, as their food was microwave meals. They couldn't even be bothered to open our drinks, told us there were bottle openers in the room (they were no bottle openers to be seen in the room). The room wasn't made properly when we arrived. Overall, definitely wouldn't recommend and would say to stay away. Staff makes you feel like an inconvenience and the manager couldn't give two hoots either. I wouldn't waste money staying here and would stay at any other Premier Inn but this one. Was dismissed when voiced my concerns to the manager.

Myself and a friend stayed last year for a gig, the check in was easy, room was immaculate and overall a really lovely stay. We've booked to stay again this year.

I don't have too much to say about this because they all usually quite standard thank God for that but the room of this hotel was generally a good size I enjoyed it
