Hadn't been to CC's in a few years and was looking forward to seeing it again. Unfortunately had a bad experience on our first visit to the bar, after we received the wrong mixers in our drinks. Thinking this would be an easy fix, we asked a member of the bar staff if they could change it but we were told no, those were the drinks we had ordered. When I tried to explain that the lemonade in our drinks tasted like tonic (no sweetness) the barman turned to who I assume was the manager or supervisor on shift. This individual immediately became confrontational, took our drinks away, refused us service and didn't offer a refund. We were left shocked and to be frank, let down by how we were treated. The manager told a member of the security team that we weren't to be served and we explained the situation to them. Thankfully she was very helpful (hugely grateful to this person) and tried to intervene on our behalf but the manager wouldn't listen. All we wanted was the mixers changed and instead the manager had to be forced to give us a refund. Not the outcome we wanted and put a bit of a dampener on the night. We were told that if we wanted to be served again, we would have to use the bar downstairs. I can totally understand that in a busy bar, mistakes happen/or taps can malfunction, so we weren't blaming anyone for it. However, as customers, it felt the reaction we got was blown way out of proportion and completely unprofessional.

I have been coming here over the years, seen many changes and still love the vibe. Great location, good selection of wines, beers and spirits. Staff are friendly. Bar is open till 3am, morphs from bar to club. Love the decor and music.

Great place to go with friends, music is always good. However, more bartenders are needed on Saturdays as is always extremely busy. It took around 40 minutes to get a drink at the bar in the main floor. It seems like the bartenders don’t pay attention as to who has been waiting longer and who has just come up to the bar. Saw a few people getting served right away and others had to wait a lot longer. There is also a smaller dance floor in the lower level, bar situation is the same.

My experience is a really negative one. I found the staff to be extremely rude. We visited on wednessday night. When they cleared they cleared the tables from the dance, which we were sat at. The male bar assistant was so rude and demanded we move right then. PLEASE avoid this place. Update response to business owner. I left that group of people as soon as the bar man spoke to me like that at the table. I left the premise. Customer service needs reviewing. Also your bouncer kicked that group of people out, as someone was smoking a vape. They threw the entire group out. Sounds very hospitable!!!

Had a great burger here before it all changed into dancing. Had a really great time. Beautiful club, great staff. Friendly and funny. Lovely crowd with plenty of mixed personalities and ages! Great selection of tequila too 👌🏻highly recommended!
