This is a really good way to see large parts of central London and some of the surrounding areas. My girlfriend and I used it to orient ourselves in the city before exploring more deeply on foot. My one gripe with the service is the the WIDELY different quality of the live tour guides on the bus. Some are truly excellent whilst others are shamefully poor. It is truly a luck of the draw which one you get. Fortunately, you can always hop off and get on the next bus in the hope of a better guide.

Wasted night in London. We got here for the 9pm tour at 8:30. We waited until 9:40 no bus ever came. We were there with 40+ people. I do not recommend this company especially when 2 other bus drove by and saw the large group waiting.

Pathetic Pathetic Pathetic service Not recommended at all. I boarded green line at stop 13. Driver stopped at next stop asking board another bus. We boarded and then standing here from 15 minutes. Don’t know when they are thinking to take it way. DONT go for BIG Bus London if you want to have city tour.
