I'm giving it a 4 star rating because i want to give this place the benefit of the doubt. The food was good and the staff friendly. I really liked the interior. My problem is being charged for 4 orders of rice instead of the 2 we had. We notified the waiter and he changed it but didn't seem surprised.

Touristic restaurant . I love Chinese food and I am really used to it . And this , I don t know what it is but not Chinese . No shrimp dumlings? What? No noodles soup ? Whhaaat! And the rice noodles I had were REALLY the worst of my life .
