It was a very nice experience and we enjoyed our dinner. Nevertheless, I was a bit disappointed which could be linked to the high expectations of the restaurant. For sure the largest disappointment was the wine pairing which I personally absolutely didn‘t like and thought was more than overpriced for what it was. The food creation is the reason why I am giving 4 stars but just because it is art to create such dishes. Nevertheless, I personally missed a bit of flair as well as a better wine pairing.

A creative and inspiring once-in-a-lifetime experience. The staff was so kind and attentive. The food was sublime. I really enjoyed taking a tour around afterwards as well. Such a beautiful display of Peruvian culture, history, and cuisine.

Loved this restaurant. I ate alone and staff were helpful and friendly. They were happy to take photos and put up with my banter. Very stylish and chic, but not pretentious. I took my time and was never rushed. The food was to die for. After 16 courses of food and wine, I was full, but not bloated. A great experience.

One of the top 10 restaurants that stands up to its reputation. First of all book at least 4-5 months in advance if you want to have real chance to get a table. The flavors are unique and incredible. We chose the ecositemas menu which consists of 12 courses that have ingredients from all over Peru from the sea and -25 meters up to 4.000 meters. A truly unique experience.

Central is in my top 5 fine dining experiences ever. The restaurant is gorgeous, and the tasting menu is all delicious with wonderful drink pairings. We traveled to Lima to visit Central and Maido, and both were excellent experiences. Worth the splurge, and we will visit Lima again just to go back to Central.
