I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND IT!visited this place on Sunday July 25, 2021... what a disappointment! The restaurant is a very well known place while visiting Pachuca, at first the ambiance is great, however the "hostesses" are rude and grumpy, but we were there already so we decided to give it a try. The menu is very limited, no variety. When we finally got our food it was cold and nasty. We ordered "barbacoa" overpriced and cold, greasy and it didn't take fresh. We ordered fish, it was cold and uncooked. "Chalupitas"same thing, cold and no flavor whatsoever. The waiter did never come to check on us. When we finally ask for the check, it took forever for one of them to bring the "terminal" to swipe my card, the hostess came with it, she did not even have a clip board for me to lean on to sign the voucher.

Nice place, very secure for the pandemic. Good is very good but response time can improve

As a first time visitor to Pachuca's down town, La Blanca was a lovely experience. Friendly staff and great ambiance.

In Restaurant "La Blanca" is a place where they prepare Mexican food and typical of the Esdado de Hidalgo. It is a very nice place because it has great decoration with photos and Mexican things, its food is deliciuos and they have a variety of food, I recommend trying the "caldo de res" with "Enchiladas Hidalguenses" and for dessert a rich jelly The waiters are attentive and kind to all people. Prices are not expensive and you can enjoy the view of the Pachua city.
