Very sweet and helpful staff. Very local and simple vibe. Price were slightly higher than what i'd expect for a 3 star resort though.

One of the oldest hotels on the Kenyan cost, this is a must visit if you are in Watamu. Started originally by Ian Pritchard, who sailed into Turtle bay, pulled his boat ashore and never left - the boat is in the center of the bar to this day and the whole establishment was built around it. Ocean Sports is a great local host spot, with a bar and restaurant, plus a pool where diving lessons are held with the local diving school. Beach front and the launching point for most of the deep sea diving boats. Spend a day sipping cocktails and hanging out on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world!
