We stayed there as part of a coach tour. The hotel has been refurbished to a very high standard. The bedroom was spotless and a very modern bathroom, clean towels every day. There was a good variety of food, for breakfast the eggs were done to order and a good choice for the evening meal. Excellent views, situated right on lake and a free water taxi service to Bellagio. The only negative was the swimming pool and garden areas they really do need some attention, otherwise a very pleasant holiday was had.

We spent a wonderful afternoon at the Bazzoni Bistro and rooftop restaurant. Food and wine both excellent and the staff were very attentive and pleasant. A fantastic day, many thanks to Bazzoni!

Staff great very friendly evening meals very poor over cooked and very dry no sauces or gravy little choice again twin beds pushed together one slightly higher than the other, no tea/coffee in rooms no bin in the room, only two sockets one in shower/loo one in the main room, room and bathroom clean light on the balcony was not working only 1/2 a pint at a time g&t weak lol unless you paid full price not all inclusive

Pretty convenient to the Water Taxi our room faced the lake with an open balcony. Very clean room. Breakfast and Dinner was good for the included price that I paid for the room. Good restaurants within walking distance.

Staying here for the week. Nice hotel but nothing special. Staff are friendly but appear at edge as if under pressure to be active rather than assist customers. However, as we are using the place as a base for our holiday rather than the holiday itself, it is fine. Breakfast and dinner are excellent, room has air con and shower, although small, is powerful. Bed is comfortable with no bother sleeping. Bar service is atrocious with most attention given to those who bought the drinks package. However, there are a number of little bars nearby that are fantastic and attract those who want to converse.
