First time for me and my wife. We absolutely recommend this place. Everything was clear and easy to follow. Calm horses which are mostly fixed on the guide, so they would usually just follow the them without the need to give any instructions to. Friendly staff. Good equipment. We would do it again.

My son and I decided last minute to stop by for their special 2 hour ride,the gentleman and lady that helped us get outfitted for the ride were very helpful and understanding,note though that the pants that are given are quite tight if you happen to have larger waist /seat,might consider bring your own rubber pants.We arrived kind of late so everyone else was waiting on us but they were very patient about that.As it turned out I could not mount the horse and my son was too afraid to ride alone so we didn't go,but again they were very nice about the whole thing.Would highly recommend them for riding when in Iceland,close to Reykavik too.

Only 5 stars? That's not even enough to describe how immensely cool and awesome that experience was. Went with the gf, that was my first time riding but the 2 young ladies that took care of the group were kind enough to set us up with lovely and really well behaved horses. The ride was one of my favorite thing in Iceland. Laxnes farm is gorgeous and everyone there is super friendly and you can see they truly love their horses. Long story short, awesome place, breathtaking scenery, adorable horses. 10/10 would ride again.

Beautiful horses and amazing guides. The best part is Pori and his wife and how welcoming they are. Can't believe they have been doing this for 51 years!!! Lucky to have experienced this.

This was a great time. Experienced guides, friendly and welcoming staff, amazing landscapes and beautiful horses. We even got to meet a couple of "equine celebrities" that were ridden in the filming of Game of Thrones. It was my son's first time riding, ever, and they matched with a great horse with immense patience. Loved it!
