The location was convenient for everything we wanted to do in the area. Overall it was pretty nice. We liked that it had 2 hot tubs outside that we could get to via our bathroom door but our keys didn't work to get back in that way, so we still had to unexpectedly walk through the hotel wet. The breakfast buffet was a great spread. We felt though that the hotel and restaurant were a little bit overpriced still.

Great staff. 3 star hotel but offers much more. Clean comfortable room. Hot water. They have hot tub outside the garden for use which is great to use under the northern lights. Hotel restaurant does good food. Easy parking. Definitely recommend.

Loved the room setup, with huge windows and access to the courtyard and hot tub through the bathroom. Our room was clean and fairly spacious (vs other hotels in Iceland). Great access to the Golden Circle and Secret Lagoon in Fludir. Would definitely recommend.

Clean room and good services from the hotel staff. The hotel has two outdoor hot tubs guests can use for free.

I stayed at Icelandair Hotel Fludir on the night before my wedding, along with many of my guests. The staff was incredibly helpful and so kind (even when we were loud!). The rooms were well-equipped. The location was perfect. The staff (primarily Magga) also assisted us and hosted our group for a post-wedding brunch in the morning. The space was perfect and the atmosphere was relaxed and not pretentious. The food was a typical European breakfast (with waffles as a bonus!!). I cannot imagine better service or a more perfect venue. Thank you!!
