Awesome food. Great service. Lovely atmosphere. Had the soup, mussels, cod, char and lamb. Everything tasted delicious. Highly recommended.
We entered for a very simple reason: it was cold after a boat tour and it was the closest restaurant. It was a random great decision. Very nice and cozy, but more importantly, very good food. It was perhaps a little bit early for lunch, but we decided to have a rest and eat. Some of us ordered lamb soup, very good. I ordered cod, and it was absolutely delicious. It is difficult to say the best, because I also ate very good cod in Sttykisholmur and Seydisfjordur, but at least at the same level. Wonderful. Of course the price was Icelandic, but reasonable. Extra point for the quick and professional service.
We had a great lunch after the whale tour. Food is very good and staff is very friendly. We ordered some drinks with our food, but had to ask three times for it to get them. Probably because of the warm weather. Despite that, still recommended!
Nice little place to eat. There were a few vegan options on the menu and parking is easy. Right on the harbour front so views are lovely. Service was fast and as usual prices are quite high. We paid at least 30% more for what we had compared to how much it would likely cost back in the UK
I was there with my friends. They served us coffee ( had asked for hot coffee and got cold cup of coffee) and desserts. The staff was very cordial with other visitors (asked about how the food was, whether they need anything else) but after serving me and my friends they never came back to ask if we need anything else. Over all food was ok but the girls who are serving the food seemed to be soo unwelcoming. I would recommend not to visit this restaurant!
