Customer service shocking - AVOID at ALL costs if you enjoy pleasant shop workers! Entered around 9.30pm to buy some bottled water. We were asked to ensure our masks covered our mouth and nose as we had removed briefly. The attitude and tone of voice of the gentleman with the greasy pony tail was disgusting. I argued he should be more polite and was told “this is the way you have to be”. There is a certain way to speak to people, especially tourists coming to spend money in his shop and contributing to the Icelandic economy (Iceland clearly relies on tourism heavily). We walked out after an argument with the caveman, purchasing nothing and talking our business elsewhere. Do not visit unless dressed in a full HazMat suit to ensure 0 possible COVID transmission.

Very clean and a good place to get groceries and other miscellaneous items. They open 24 hours and you can SIM cards here.
