Amazing caves and very interesting history! Definitely recommend visiting. Short stop (under an hour), just by the ring road.

Mysterious man-made caves. They might be made by Celts/Irish people before the settlement of the Vikings in Iceland in the 9th century. The wonders of the caves include ancient crosses, wall carvings and carved seats. Truly amazing.
