Rua Dr. Durval Villaça, 331 - Jardim Villaca, São Roque - SP, 18135-180, Brazil
Disappointing! Totally lost the concept of wineries. Currently, in 90% of the stores (because you can't call it a winery) you pay parking $10 and you pay to taste (from $30 to $50). Regular wines from $30 to $70 and finer wines from $70+. That is, to buy a cheap wine you spend $70. At Sugarloaf Mountain you can buy a standard Chilean wine of excellent quality and they deliver it at home. Not worth it!
This road called Roteiro do Vinho is Sensational, because along it there are several Wineries with good varied products, and the Best Wine in the Region, perhaps from São Paulo, Great I went to spend a nice day, I highly recommend it
I've also been using the route for a long time, I found it an abuse to charge for parking, not everyone charges, but it's just a matter of time before they all charge. It's not a question of value, but a slap in the face to people who travel to value the city of São Roque. I hope I didn't offend anyone, it's just my dissatisfaction.
A bucolic and wonderful road with several attractions along the way. The inns, cafes and restaurants are fantastic. The cellars, super well equipped with tasting tours. Super special Portuguese restaurants and sweets. Unmissable.
I've always been to the Wine Route, but now they're charging for parking? Not a route? imagine having to pay to enter Vila Don Pato, Quinta do Olivardo, Canguera, Góes...how absurd!
