I'm from Sorocaba and I was in town for a walk due to the Christmas lights... We stopped at the place to eat something with the family, because the place looks nice, but I was waiting at the cashier with the card in hand while the attendants just chatted and ignored that I was there to take my order. I couldn't try it and we left hungry. I'm seeing a lot of reviews about the service, for more than 2 years and it seems that nothing has changed. Unfortunate!
