The guide will be with you or near you at all times if you need him. Once in Tijuana the guide may take you to your head guide to start the tour, depending on how busy the day is.

This is a common thing because Tijuana is made up of foreigners and deported people, searching for the American dream. And Tijuana simulates some culture from San Diego, some places are really nice to hang out and rest after eating some great street food.
