Had high hopes. Here for our honeymoon and my wife thought it would be a fun and entertaining evening but we were both disappointed. The host was put off when we asked for a table after not being able to find room at the bar. No big deal, it was busy and he was probably not having the best night. We were seated and ordered food and drinks. Our waitress was pleasant and pretty quick but the food was really poor. Had fish that was dry and wife had chicken that was also dry. The drinks were average to less than average but we really came for the entertainment. That's when we both thought we had wasted our evening. Mostly the players ran a college fight song bidding war for a long time. It got the crowd engaged but really went way too long and honestly we have never heard piano bar entertainers so focused on driving their tips up. If you want to hear about how much everyone tipped fit each song, this is your place. If you want to go hear fun, sing-along music and feel engaged with the people around you while having a few good drinks... find somewhere else.

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve had in years! It took an hour to get our food (and appetizer) even though we ordered the first 10 minutes being here. It wasn’t busy at all. Both of our fish were black and burnt to the point that even after I washed it down with a drink and hush puppies I could still taste it. I told the waiter after I saw our $85 bill for 2 plates (1 bunt fish, 2 burnt crab patties) plus drinks. YES i say patties even though they were supposed to be crab cakes.. Definitely won’t ever be back and I don’t appreciate the service either.

Probably the worst service in my life and it’s not even close. My friends and I had just sat down to order and had asked for waters and in return received water bottles and were charged for them. After that, I had wanted to change my order and was then laughed at in front of my face by the waitress. It took quite a while for the food to come, which normally would be fun, except the fact that the waitress did not stop to check on us once. She was short with us and very unfriendly. We had to remind her we had ordered hush puppies and she proceeds to come out with a mini bowl and told us we had to share. The food was mediocre for the price. After the food my friends had paid with cards and I had paid with a 20 for a $16.38 meal. It took about 20 minutes before we saw our receipts back. When we did my friends were left without pens and I had no change. I walked up to the front to get my change and the greeter was very harsh to me and went in getting the waitress. The waitress told me she thought the change was for her and just assumed. I then got our pens back and I tried to tip her $2 when she then threw the money back to me and threw a fit saying she didn’t want any tips anymore. Overall this review doesn’t begin to bring to life what we experienced and we are all convinced something is suspicious is going on with the staff and it needs to be dealt with. Someone could have easily taken my change or write in whatever tip they wanted on the receipt.

The beverages were ok but a bit of a limited selection. It's cute, albeit touristy, but that's to be expected. It's enjoyable, but I would probably not go out of my way to revisit.

Super fun atmosphere. If you love dueling piano bars, you'll love this place. Upstairs has abar, DJ and a dance floor.
