It is a spectacular and surprising place, where you eat a very good meat (the ribs were great). The atmosphere is great too. It is elegant and different place.
Worst service ever for a 5 star restaurant. Felt like it was a fast food place where you were literally made to eat and get out in the time allocated to you. Had about 4 servers who all ran around like headless chicken.
A victim of its own success, the waiting staff are very rushed and slightly unprofessional. The restaurant gets incredibly crowded, particularly at the end of the 2 hour reservation slots. The food is good, particularly the meat. The side dishes could be better. A little over priced and very pretentious.
Fantastic food and atmosphere, bad service. This restaurant has very good food with great flavor and presentation. I was thoroughly impressed by everything we ordered, including appetizers and main courses. The atmosphere in the restaurant is beautiful and feels cozy — very well done. However, the service is poor. We had three different waiters who kept switching out, all of whom seemed totally disinterested and said almost nothing to us. Another table near us stormed out of the restaurant complaining to the hostess of the poor service. It’s too bad the restaurant loses a fifth star due to this. Is it worth it to go? Maybe if you’re a foodie. But their attitude really makes you feel unwelcome.
High end restaurant at times a bit crowded so reservation are essential. Portions are avg size but the food quality and service are excellent. Especially suited for meat lovers. Nevertheless we had so.e amazing red king prawn on the grill. Once you finish your dinner head to a cosy jazz club downstairs.
